The North American Caribou Workshop (NACW) is held every 2-3 years in various locations across North America, and was most recently held in Anchorage, Alaska where it attracted over 500 delegates from across North America and beyond. At the 2026 conference, we expect more than 300 delegates, and thanks to the support of sponsors like you, NACW will be able to host an informative conference with guest speakers, panel discussions, and social events that provide delegates with opportunities to network and keep up to date on issues affecting caribou in North America.

The organizing committee is committed to providing an authentically NWT experience to delegates and aim to make every part of the 20th NACW unique on the conference landscape. This event will stand out among NACW events, but also among all conferences in Yellowknife in visibility, economic impact, and guest experience.
